Features three dimensional pearl rivets in a warm soft white tone, luxe double faced velvet ribbon, silver tone hardware, all on a black PVC base. Perfect for an elevated gothic doll look. The ribbons tie at the back of the neck and at each side. All pieces are MADE TO ORDER, standard sizes XS 4XL. If your measurements fall outside these standards or
